Hend Mousa Bila is a deaf-mute visual artist from Burkina Faso, who was born in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
She started drawing when she was nine years old, and participated in the Sheikh (Saleh) Talent Competition.

She has recently joined Arab 22 for fine arts & Sky Art 195.
