Ayat Khalid is a young fine artist from the Kingdom of Bahrain. She has been passionate about art since childhood. She learned drawing on her own by watching educational videos on YouTube and other programs. She started painting with oil colours in 2019 and it has become her favourite medium for painting, because it gives her enough time to add details to her paintings and because it enables her to add brush strokes with a non-flat texture.
Her style may belong more to the realistic school, and sometimes surrealism that mixes between fantasy and realism. She participated in exhibitions held in Bahrain, including the Financial Harbor Exhibition, which hosted high school students, and the last exhibition was the Arab Symposium that was held in Bahrain during the month of February, which brought together artists from the Gulf and Arab countries of all kinds of art such as painting, sculpture and calligraphy.
Ayat is a member of Arab 22 for fine arts & Sky Art 195.
